    - one (1) pastor and
    - two (2) elected delegates
    - plus one (1) additional delegate for every 50 members above 100 members.     

    All CBWC church members and visitors are welcome as non-voting guests. If you don't know the number of  non-voting guests at this moment, please kindly advise Esther Kitchener by Friday, May 4, 2018.

    -$300 / Student (ages 12-19) May 16, 2018 (Those registering after June 1 are not guaranteed a t-shirt)
    -$100 / Adult Leader (ages 20+) before May 15, 2018 11:59PM PST
    -$125 / Adult Leader (ages 20+) May 16, 2018 (Those registering after June 1 are not guaranteed a t-shirt)
    -Free / Adult Coordinator (1 per group)
